We cooked up a Mexican treat for students at Salford College towards the end of last year, helping them raise money for Macmillan cancer nurses. Offering some warming dishes (with a hint of spice!) before they broke up for Christmas, we sold out of our Quorn Chilli and Steak Strip Fajitas in record time! |

We announced two new additions to our fantastic team of home economists in our last newsletter. This issue we ask Lizzie Harrison about her career to date and what keeps her going – even through the toughest of demonstrations. |
Lizzie is covering London and the South East region and brings over 20 years of experience with her having worked for Safeways, Woman & Home Magazine, McDougalls and Brakes to name a few. Lizzie graduated from the College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies in Birmingham. |
