Industry Insider - Digital Strategy

With the growth in digital and the huge expansion of digital touch-points and interactions, increasingly the user experience is being eroded through ill thought and disjointed digital propositions.

To differentiate in this environment it has become incredibly important to consider your digital strategy form your customers perspective. Having a joined up, coherent digital strategy across channels is key to success.

In this Video our CEO, Trenton Moss,  talks about customer led digital strategy, describing what you can do to improve and who is doing it well.

The CX Forum

The Webcredible Customer experience forum (#CXForum) is proving incredibly popular.

With a mixture of UX workshops and an enviable list of speakers from brands like Orange, Dulux, and Macmillan Cancer Support it's an event not to miss!

The brands already registered to attend include:

Citi Bank, House of Fraser, Legal & General, Compare The Market, News International, English-Heritage, Scope, HSBC, RSPCA, BSI, Informa, Sage Pay, Kuoni, St John Ambulance, and many more!
