One of the NAD Young Adult Retention Blocks is termed as "The Locals" - meaning the local churches that are setting the pace and becoming role models in attracting and retaining young adults.  

Please note, this building block and initiative partners the NAD with local conferences to give grants to congregations that demonstrate innovations in young adult retention and empowerment.
