2026 Annual Campaign: Advancing Safety, Security, and Service in
Juno Beach
Since its founding in 2018, the Juno Beach Police Foundation has stood side by side
with the Juno Beach Police Department — quietly and effectively investing in the
safety, security, and well-being of our Town. Now entering our ninth year, we're preparing to
launch the 2026 Annual Campaign in early December, with outreach continuing through
the first quarter of the new year. Watch your mail for our campaign letter to see how
you can help strengthen Juno Beach.
Thanks to the generosity of residents and local businesses, the
Juno Beach Police Foundation has contributed nearly
$400,000 to enhance our community's safety — helping keep our Officers prepared and our
neighborhoods secure.
-
Officer Readiness & Tools: Smart investments that enhance Officer safety and
effectiveness — so routine days stay routine.
-
Technology Enhancements: Thoughtful upgrades, including
license-plate recognition under a time-bound contract, to deter crime and support
investigations.
-
Community Connection: Events like Night Out Against Crime,
Mature Driver courses, and CPR and First Aid classes that help train our residents and Officers.
-
Town-Wide Safety: AEDs and targeted security cameras in key locations to strengthen
emergency response and awareness.
Your support goes where it matters most. The Juno Beach Police Foundation is
the only organization authorized to solicit funds on behalf of the Juno Beach Police
Department — ensuring that contributions directly support Department and Town needs, with
no intermediaries, no waste, and no confusion.
Private support not only strengthens public safety — it also helps ease pressure on the Town budget
and helps keep local taxes in check.
Your support this year will make a meaningful difference.

The Juno Beach Police Foundation is proud to once again support the
Mature Driver Course, presented by the
Safety Council of Palm Beach County and hosted by the
Juno Beach Police Department. The course will take place on
Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the
Juno Beach Town Center, 340 Ocean Drive. A complimentary lunch will be provided.
This state-approved driver improvement course is open to Florida licensed drivers
aged 55 and older, and those who complete it are eligible for a mandated
insurance discount under Florida law. The class focuses on practical ways mature
drivers can maintain safe driving habits, improve awareness, and adapt to changing road conditions.
The program is
co-sponsored by the Juno Beach Police Foundation and the Juno Beach
Civic Association, reflecting our shared commitment to promoting driver safety and community well-being.

Chief Smith Reminds Attendees About Vehicle Break-Ins
At the most recent Coffee with a Cop event, Juno Beach Chief of Police
Brian Smith shared an important message: police departments across
northern Palm Beach County are currently experiencing a rise in
vehicle break-ins.
These incidents are primarily happening in
condominium parking lots, public parking areas, and residential driveways, often
during the overnight hours. Chief Smith explained that the individuals responsible are not smashing
windows or stealing vehicles — instead, they are simply walking through parking areas and
checking door handles. When they find an unlocked vehicle that
contains visible valuables — such as a purse, laptop, or cell phone — they open the door and take the
items.
The Chief's advice was direct: Always lock your vehicle, even in your own driveway,
and never leave valuables in plain sight. Simply removing items from view and
securing your doors can dramatically reduce the risk of becoming a target.
As a supporter of the Juno Beach Police Foundation, you help make our
monthly Coffee with a Cop events possible. The Foundation proudly funds this
program to provide a welcoming space where residents, the Police Chief and his Officers can connect, share concerns, and
stay informed. Thank you for helping strengthen the partnership between our Police Department and
the community it serves.
Spotting Trusted Support for Law Enforcement
In today's world, many organizations — some from far outside our area — are asking for your support in the name of law enforcement. We're grateful for your continued trust in the Juno Beach Police Foundation, and we want to help you make informed choices. While these mailings may look official, they do not support our local Police Department in any way. Before giving, we encourage you to verify the organization, check its transparency, and consider its actual impact — especially here in our Juno Beach community.
To avoid any confusion, mail from the Juno Beach Police Foundation is clearly identified with our name, logo, and a local Juno Beach return address.
Here at the Juno Beach Police Foundation, we proudly invest in local initiatives, equipment, and training that directly benefit our Juno Beach Police Officers and the residents they serve. Thank you for making a difference — right here at home.
Please note that the Juno Beach Police Foundation is the only organization authorized to solicit funds on behalf of the Juno Beach Police Department. Your donations stay here in Juno Beach, supporting the people and programs that help keep our town safe.
