December NewsletterPresenter RequestsEasily find a presenter for your next event using Arlo’s powerful new Presenter Requests feature. Administrators can now choose to send an invitation to presenters to facilitate an event directly from Arlo. You can choose when responses for the request are due, and also include a custom message for the presenter/s you are sending it to. This easily gives the presenter all the relevant information they need before accepting an invitation. Presenter requests are kept up to date, with the latest event information - so if the event changes before a presenter responds, they’ll know about it. Presenters can accept or decline the request, and also send their own custom message such as suggesting a more suitable date/time. Event/Template managers and Support staff assigned to the event will be notified of the presenters response automatically. What happening at Arlo?NPS has closed.Thank you to those who participated in Arlo's bi-annual NPS survey. This survey was the largest response we have ever received. As seen in the graph above, Arlo's hard work in enhancing our software using your feedback has made a positive impact! The support team, Arlo's core functionalities and integrations were mentioned on numerous occasions as star performers. The NPS survey has now ended and we will be reviewing your feedback to improve your Arlo experience. A few gaps have been highlighted such as reporting, which we are planning to enhance over the next year. Keep an eye out for some exciting changes in 2017. If you missed out on getting a response in for the survey, feel free to send in your feedback to Arlo Support, we love hearing from our customers. Changes to our SurveyMonkey IntegrationDue to changes to SurveyMonkey's API on the 8th December, our team have had to make a number of changes to the way the Arlo/SurveyMonkey integration to ensure it is still supported. A new version of the integration is now complete. If you use SurveyMonkey and haven’t already, you’ll need to reconnect your Arlo Platform to it. Important: Unfortunately SurveyMonkey's changes mean the integration no longer works on their free plan, so if you are on the their free plan you will need to upgrade. If you think your staff may require training with Arlo, it might be a good idea to book a training in with one of our Product Support Specialists. We can provide tailored training, and an overview of the Arlo platform, covering any frequently asked questions your staff may have. We are also able to provide advice on best practice, as well as how best to implement Arlo into your current business practices and workflow. To get a quote or to book a training, please contact sales@arlo.co On the event home page, how can I quickly see who has paid for an event? The ‘Filter’ function found next to the registration search box on the Event page, allows you to quickly filter registrations to see who has paid for their order. You can also filter by other criteria like attended, no attended, passed, failed, or awaiting payment. Click here for more information. What do I do if I’m having issues with Arlo on my website? If you encounter any behavioural or display issues with your Arlo pages on your website, please let us know support@arlo.co The causes and sources of website issues can range and vary, but we have a helpful team that will offer advice and support when needed. I’m setting up events for next year, how can I make this process as quick and effortless as possible? The ability to create events off of templates in Arlo allows you to quickly ‘Schedule another’ event or additional instances of that event very quickly. If you prefer not to manually create events one by one, you can import events using the Events Importer in Arlo which can be an even quicker process (ideal for when you have a long list of events you need to create).
