 Breastfed babies are brighter
It's National Breastfeeding week 11th-18th May, but did you know that breastfed babies could be brighter? New research has found evidence to show that breastfeeding can cause a child to do better academically than they would have done if they were fed on infant formula. In every test children who had been breastfed did better.

For National Childhood Obesity Week (4-10 July 2011), NHS Choices, the NHS health information website, is asking parents to check their child’s body mass index (BMI) and take a more proactive approach to managing their child’s weight.
