Barnard College Construction Update - June 2, 2016

We hope you had a restful Memorial Day weekend and that you are enjoying the nice weather that has finally arrived.  As we enter the summer months, we are close to finishing the deconstruction of Lehman Hall and expect most of the building to be down by the beginning of next week.  We will then spend the next couple of weeks removing the debris and clearing the site, before beginning the rock excavation phase around the end of the month.

We are still finalizing the schedule for some dates this summer when you’ll be able to drop in and ask questions in person about the project; we’ll share those dates with you in the next update.  As a reminder, we are currently scheduled to work Saturdays through June 18. Please see the schedule below.

Construction Schedule

Mondays -- Thursdays: 8 a.m. -- 6 p.m.

Fridays: 8 a.m. -- 4 p.m.

Saturdays: 9 a.m. -- 6 p.m. (Workday Saturdays include June 4, June 11 and June 18)
