DEADLINE TUESDAY!

Aging and Retirement:
Understanding Generational Changes

Application Deadline: Next Tuesday, April 19

An aging population of baby boomers is moving into retirement without the cash to last a lifetime – and younger generations aren’t faring much better. One study found more than half of households won’t have enough retirement income to maintain their pre-retirement standard of living. The Social Security and Medicare systems are careening toward a crisis, and there is little political will to do anything about it. At this all-expenses-paid fellowship, journalists will learn about these topics and more – exploring personal finances, the fate of the public safety net, health care advances, and the different ways different generations deal with these issues. For more details and to APPLY, click here.

Training Dates: June 12-15, 2016, in Washington, D.C.

Funding for this training is provided by Prudential Financial.
