The 4th Annual Pride Professional Networking Evening was the biggest to date. GLEN Diversity Champions were delighted to welcome over 250 people to hear from Glória and Donal Óg Cusack on the night which was hosted by ESB. Donal Óg gave a truly moving, considered and inspired address on his personal journey, LGBT equality and challenging homophobia in the sporting world.

International interest in Ireland's best practice for LGBT equality, diversity and inclusion |

The Diversity Champion's Programme is gaining international recognition for its achievements in supporting LGBT workplace equality, diversity and inclusion.
Davin Roche, Director of Workplace Diversity, GLEN was honoured to be a special guest at the recent address delivered by Vice President Joe Biden and to address the 2016 EU Inter-Governmental IDAHOT Conference in Copenhagen.
Brian Sheehan, Executive Director, GLEN and Michelle Toner, CSR Manager, eir spoke at Oslo Pride as guests of the Irish Embassy.

GLEN's Director of Workplace Diversity, Davin Roche, will be speaking at 'The Road to Marriage Equality Summer School' on the Business for Yes Equality campaign. The 3-day programme will take place in July and will be a masterclass on campaigning and will focus on influencing and effecting social change successfully. The Summer School's lessons are based primarily on learning from the Marriage Equality Referendum in the Republic of Ireland in May 2015.
