No Images? Click here Dear Friends, Here in Pennsylvania, we're in the middle of a blazing July heat wave. Clearly the only sane thing to do is keep to the shade (or air conditioning) with a cold drink and a good book, right? While my new historical novel, The Secret Wife of Aaron Burr, won't be published until the end of September, I have been adding plenty of new posts to my blog with background information to the story and characters. You'll also find posts about fashion history as well as the historical sites, museums, and collections that have inspired me. Some of you have asked if there's a way to have blog posts delivered directly by email. As an experiment, I'm going to try sending out a once-a-month digest of the latest posts on the last Sunday of the month. I know many of you miss the "Breakfast Links" that I complied for The Two Nerdy History Girls - a round-up of links to my favorite web sites, articles, and blog posts via my Twitter feed. I've heard you, too: in addition to my own blog posts, I'm also going to toss a handful of the choicest new Twitter links into this new digest. Let me know what you think of this experiment - I'd love to hear from you!
