Union stopwork meetings! No images? Click here ![]() ![]() PHC MECA Update 22 July 2020 Kia ora koutou, Union/Stopwork Meetings: Thursday 23 July 2020. Your attendance is vital. ![]() Zoom meetings 1pm – 2pm As indicated the Zoom options have limited capacity and therefore are only for members at worksites where it is not possible to travel to a meeting. We encourage a group approach where possible in terms of worksites using Zoom, rather than lots of individuals logging on. This is to offer access to as many worksites and members as possible. If you have used Zoom before you know it’s as easy as clicking on the below designated link for your region/area to be connected to a Zoom meeting. You can access the meeting using a laptop (with camera and microphone – standard on any relatively modern laptop), or a tablet/iPad, or a smartphone. If you are going to use your iPad/tablet or smartphone, you will need to download the free Zoom app from your usual app store. Just look for the Zoom icon (as above) when searching the word “Zoom”. Greater Auckland and Northland Midlands and Bay of Plenty Greater Wellington, Central and Hawke's Bay South Island Resources/return information for Zoom Meetings Click here for a resource that needs to be printed out only for the participants at the Zoom meetings and for completion following discussion at the meetings. It is very important these forms are all returned to Christchurch.Admin@nzno.org.nz no later than midday Monday 27 July. Each participant at the Zoom Meeting will also need to email Christchurch.Admin@nzno.org.nz (no later than midday Monday 27 July) and indicate that they attended a meeting to ensure proof of payment for the meeting should your employer request this. Alternatively one person could list all their colleagues attending on one email and email it through. Face-to-face meetings Resources will be provided at these meetings for you to complete. We look forward to your participation and input into next steps. This is your MECA!
