Bible – We will study Elijah. Our story will come from I Kings 17:1-16.
Verse - Philippians 4:19 “And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”
Reading – We have decided to continue to review during this full week before Thanksgiving Break. We will read stories and work on our “Character” skill.
Phonics – We will have more review words this week: next end camp sank rock black trick kick dish than chest such liked using riding chased I’m don’t isn’t can’t
Grammar – Review of nouns, verbs, and complete sentences
Math – We will continue to review “Borrowing.” Please make sure you are reviewing addition and subtraction facts through 18 at home with flash cards. Students should know each math fact answer within 4 seconds of seeing the problem.
Social Studies - Using Map Scale
Science - Various apple activities, observations, and STEM projects

November 17th - We will share our Thanksgiving program with Jamestown at 9:30
November 21st - Turkey Trot 1:00-2:00 (This is a special mileage club, parents are invited to join and donate canned goods to the compassion center)
November 22-24th - Thanksgiving Break
November 28th - Chick-fila fundraiser night at the location on Walnut in Rogers
December 4-8th - Book Fair!
December 6th - Class pictures
December 8th - Due date for Christmas present money
December 15th - Christmas party 12:15-1:00pm - Early dismissal at 1:00pm - No Extended Care
December 18th - January 2nd - No School - Christmas Break
