• Research your markets : Destination NSW and Tourism Australia provide insights on high yield travellers, markets and experiences (Future of Demand research).

• ATEC Host: Destination NSW has partnered with the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) to provide free access to three ATEC Host online learning modules: China Host, India Host and Accessible & Inclusive Host for eligible visitor economy businesses.   

• Sustainability: Destination NSW has partnered with Ecotourism Australia to offer free access to the Strive 4 Sustainability Scorecard for eligible visitor economy businesses.  

• Create your trade kit: Take a look at the Tools for the trade to assist you in creating your factsheet, inbound rates and trade terms, and send your finished trade kit to product@dnsw.com.au. We can provide feedback.   

• Set up online bookings: To find out more about working with online travel agents and to get started selling online, look at Selling bookable products online.
