Hello everyone!

As you're reading this, I'm probably carrying boxes of red wine and magazines to Happy Valley, one of my local stockists here in Melbourne where I'm celebrating the launch of issue 11 tonight. If you're based in Melbourne make sure you come by!

As usual, I leave you with a few articles I enjoyed reading over the weekend: this is for the FOMO sufferer amongst us (aren't we all?!); understand how the internet and your brain decide over the type of creative you are; and lastly, learn more about the fascinating world/life of Elon Musk.

This Weekʼs Line-Up

Smart luggage with GPS tracking
01

When you're in and out of airports all the time, quality luggage with convenient access is worth its weight in gold. That's why Trunkster got my attention right away: originally funded on Kickstarter and shipping later this year, this wheelie comes with a built-in GPS tracker, a digital scale, and even a USB charger for your phone. I'll be keeping my eyes on this one, especially to see what people say about the built-quality.

Quick status updates for teams
02

One of the biggest challenges in managing teams is trying to keep everyone in the loop of what each person is working on. The appropriately titled app 'WorkingOn' is trying to rid teams of the daily time waster that are stand-ups. WorkingOn integrates with a range of apps for super fast status reporting. A summary of all status updates is then emailed to each member the following morning.

Fresh decals for your MacBook
03

MacBook decals are a dime a dozen. Still, every now and then I come across some really fun new ways of playing with that famous glowing apple. Bittenfruit is one of them, but there are many other contenders.

Faster emails on your iPhone
04

Spark is yet another email client for your iPhone. What makes Spark special is that it puts a lot of emphasis on getting through your emails as quickly as possible. It achieves that by, for instance, automatically categorising new emails to trigger bulk actions or allowing you to quickly 'snooze' messages for later consideration. It looks like a compelling package. Might give it a try...

Another beautifully minimal watch
05

I hope you're not tired of me talking about watches (the irony is that I don't even own one myself), but I keep coming across so many timeless pieces of product design that are too nice not to share. This one is called Facette and is part of Bulbul's second collection of watches — designed in Denmark.

Easily sell any Dropbox file
06

I like the minimalist, three-step approach of this no-frills tool: 1) locate a file in your Dropbox, 2) give it a price, 3) get paid for every download. I personally can't see a lot of use-cases, but it's a great idea well executed nonetheless.
