26th National Prescription Drug Take Back Day
April 27, 2024

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs while also educating the general public about the potential for medication abuse.

The next National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is scheduled for April 27, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This biannual event offers a safe, convenient, and responsible method for disposing of unused or expired prescription drugs.

Police Officers and Police Volunteers will be on duty outside the Juno Beach Police Department. You can simply pull up and hand your items to an Officer or Volunteer without even having to park or leave your vehicle. Please note that liquids and syringes will NOT be accepted.

The Juno Beach Police Department has been participating in the safe disposal of prescription medications for many years and is committed to providing any service we can to remove these unused and expired medications from households. This program allows every Juno Beach resident to make a difference and do their part.
