Welcome to the final edition of the FotoNotes newsletter for 2013! We’ve had an incredibly productive year. More importantly, so have our customers. FotoNotes has helped companies streamline operations, increase worker productivity, and differentiate their services.
Over the past 12 months we've worked closely with property management, facilities management, and field services customers to evolve our product and add a host of new features to the FotoNotes platform.

Mobile-First Solutions for Mobile-Savvy Businesses
In early 2013 FotoNotes introduced its four-part platform:
- Mobile application for iPhones/iPads, an incredibly powerful and easy-to-use application right in your pocket. (downloadable today from iTunes - for Android devices, coming later this fall).
- Web Portal that lets users manage and share all information stored in our centralized cloud-based system.
- Web-based template configurator which offers flexibility and ease of use. Anyone can build forms and surveys or create projects and tasks to customize their mobile user interface.
- API to easily integrate FotoNotes with other applications and systems.
We also added powerful functionality to the FotoNotes mobile application:
- Offline capabilities that let mobile workers perform tasks and capture data without Internet access
- Work order and task management features
- A number of improvements to the photo-taking user experience
And more recently, we introduced out-of-the-box, pre-configured solutions, including:

As a service to our customers we post important stories gleaned from dozens of industry and vertical trade publications. In 2013 we tracked a lot of enterprise software innovations and mobile news, posting around 100 blogs with commentary on the industry.
