CPC One Named Project of the Year by CoreNet NYC Chapter

The Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) is excited to announce that CPC One has won Project of the Year in the CoreNet New York City Chapter Awards.

CPC One is our new state-of-the-art building that houses our Manhattan Community Center serving 15,000 community members each year, includes over 200 units of affordable housing, and serves as the headquarters for more than 50 programs.

Our new home reflects our commitment to creating a welcoming environment for immigrant and low-income community members to access services, providing a quality home for senior residents to live, and offering a beautiful space for our staff to work.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our CPC One Naming Campaign donors as well as our development team of Gotham Organization, About the Work, Clune, and MMoser. Your partnership and generosity have been instrumental in bringing CPC One to life and expanding our programs in the new space.

CPC One means that we are one team, one organization, and one community. We look forward to welcoming more community members to our building and transforming the lives of Asian American, immigrant, and low-income communities!
