Employee Highlight

This month's spotlight is shining on our good friend Tom. I'm not sure I will have enough space here to give as much details on Tom as I'd like, but Tom has been our tin knocker from the start. When Jason and I started out, we often found ourselves in a postion where having a body panel with damage was beyond our experience. Luckily the neighbor body shop had this guy in the back who had been a body guy and in the business for years...a legend they would say. We would sneak in during lunch while the owner was gone and Tom would do some work for us on the side, always for just a few beers which was so worth it! When the body shop was planning to move and we knew Tom did not want to relocate, we jumped at the chance to get him and he has been a part of our team ever since. Now Tom may not own a classic car, nor have the plans to ever build one, but we can say he has been involved in every car we have ever built here and without him the job would never have gotten done. Not to mention all the work he has done for our customers. So to us, he is part of every one of those cars....and we just love him, and hope you do too. Tom is an Arizona native like most of us here at DVAP. So if your in town for the auction stop in and talk shop with good Ole Tommy!
