You Are Invited!

Do you want to get more involved in the Tea Party?  We are holding a Planning/Board Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, 11-19-12 at Ray's Deli, located on the Branford Hwy (247) across from the fairgrounds. 

We are looking for ideas on what we should do as an organization, speakers or topics that you would like to see scheduled, and anything else that will be beneficial for us to continue to be a strong, active group in this area.

One of the areas that has already been mentioned is the Nullification Movement.   KrisAnne Hall has agreed to come to our Planning meeting to give us some advice on how to proceed with this effort.  This is one way that we might begin to undo some of the federal mandates that have been forced on us in recent years, but we want to go about it the right way.

Please come if you are interested in being on the board, would like to head up a committee, or have ideas for our group!

Our first meeting after the election is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 13th at the Jackie Taylor Building.

Sign up for text alerts.  We have a great mobile website and you can receive a reminder of our meetings and events by text.

Forward the newsletters to friends and family.  Invite them to attend our meetings. Find an area that you are interested in and GET INVOLVED!  It is going to take all of us to make the needed  changes in this country!  Think about your children and grandchildren!  What tax rates will they be facing if we don't get the spending under control?  How much liberty will they have if we don't get some of these unconstitutional "mandates", laws, and regulations under control?  Will they ask us one day "what were you doing when all of this was happening?"  Will they blame us when their lives are not what they expected, when they find out that the "American Dream" is dead?
