Course ChangesStudents in the MA, MFA, MMus, MSc, and PhD programs are no longer required to use the Request for Course Change form to make changes to the Approved Program of Study
form. All course additions and deletions must be discussed with and approved by the Supervisor prior to registration. Any changes to the Approved Program of Study form must be included in your next Progress & Standing report presented to Supervisory Committee Members and appear on the signed Progress & Standing form that is submitted to SGS.

PhD students who successfully defended their thesis and were approved by the Dean, SGS from Jan - Dec, 2014. Nomination packages should include: - A letter from the student’s Supervisor or program director describing the reasons for the nomination and why the dissertation constitutes a significant piece of original work.
