It's been a busy month on campus with our first ever Professional Development Week - and lots of alumni (including Kevin Fernandez and Danny Roberts right) returning to campus to share advice and top tips with our current students.

And, we have a busy few weeks ahead with lots of events to get involved with! In November, we host a Trinity Talk with Nobel Peace Laureate Mairead Corrigan Maguire and in December we have our Carol Service and 5k Santa Fun Run - raising funds for our Inspiring Futures Programme. We look forward to seeing you there!

Join us on Friday 24 November for our first Trinity Talk of the academic year - with Nobel Peace Laureate Mairead Corrigan Maguire.

Mairead was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1976 for her work to bring an end to the violence in Northern Ireland. She will speak about her involvement with 'The Troubles', how she set up the Community of Peace People and her ongoing work to promote dialogue between divided communities and strengthening women's and children's rights.

After graduating with a degree in Media with Management in 2004 and a year as President of the Students' Union, professional photographer Mark Dolby wanted to give something back to the University.

So he came up with the idea for a special photography exhibition, to celebrate 50 years of the University and its graduates. The exhibition, Faces of Leeds Trinity, captures some of the University's exceptional alumni in portrait photographs taken by Mark (see a short video of the exhibition on our Facebook page).

We'd like to thank Mark for his outstanding contribution to remember 50 years of exceptional graduates at Leeds Trinity.
