Bushfire Donations at CarnivalWe are deeply saddened by the fires that have, and are still, affecting Australia, our communities and our friends in rural areas. To help with fire relief efforts, we are donating 50% of all donations collected at Midsumma Carnival to Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund. Midsumma Festival heavily relies on the donations of our audiences and are aiming to do what we can to help those effected. Learn what Red Cross is doing to support communities affected by the bushfires and how your donations are helping.
Don't Forget to Record Attendances and Door Sales Are you selling tickets at the door or hosting a free event? Make sure you keep a running tally of attendee numbers and/or door sales to send to us. This is a mandatory requirment, which all events commited to provide in their Event Agreement. We'll follow up after your event concludes to get your final attendance figures.
Ensure you're recording Door Sales and any Pass Holders you let in for free. Feel free to email this info through to us as soon as you have it to events@midsumma.org.au
