Featuring objects, photographs and stories from Sunshine Coast community museums and libraries, the Sunshine Coast Council Art Collection, Bankfoot House and some private collectors. |

EXHIBITION PRESENTED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF THE SUNSHINE COAST GALLERY.
Twelve Degrees of Latitude explores how and why Queensland’s regional collections began, their historical roles within their communities, the role of patronage and donor support, and the strength of Queensland’s statewide regional gallery culture. The exhibition features major Australian, Indigenous, Pacific, European and other works dating from the 17th to 21st centuries. |
