Familiarisation Program

Focus on North Asia 2024 includes two four-day NSW familiarisation programs, and planning is currently underway. Preference for inclusion will be given to participating NSW tourism suppliers, with the final itinerary based on the most competitive offerings that provide a balanced product and regional mix for the North Asian market. 

Cherry Chen or Renae Denny (DNSW contractor) may be in contact if your experience aligns with the regions covered in the familiarisation program to seek your best available quote for your product or service. Please note that final decisions will be made by Destination NSW. 

Travel and Accommodation

A reminder that travel and accommodation costs are at your own expense.

Seller Briefing Session 

To ensure you’re fully prepared for the event, please join the online Seller Briefing: 
Date: 5 November 2024 
Time: 15:00 – 16:00 (AEDT) 
Where: Online (Zoom) 

The session will cover key market insights, event logistics, appointment details and the Directory of Buyers will be shared. You’ll receive a Zoom pre-registration link shortly. If you’re unable to attend, a recording will be available. 

Submit Prize Contribution 

If you have indicated that you are contributing a prize to be awarded at the Gala Dinner on 14 November 2024 and have not yet submitted your prize redemption vouchers, please ensure your vouchers are sent to trade.events@dnsw.com.au by Friday, 1 November 2024. 

Complete ATEC China and Korea Host Modules 

A requirement of receiving the Focus on North Asia 2024 New Market Product Pathway is to have completed the market-relevant training prior to the first day (14 November) of the event.

Destination NSW has now requested your enrolment into these modules, and you will receive an email from ATEC shortly to confirm your enrolment and provide instructions on how to begin.
