We’ve finished our buffing-up programme so you can kick-start your year of fitness in beautiful weather-free spaces with a fresh new classes programme to inspire you. And working out just got easier – with online booking and your cashless Top-Up account coming in January you don’t even have to remember your wallet.

| Refurbishments complete |
We’re pleased to announce that our gyms are kicking off the New Year with a new look and ready for full member access; we’ve built and buffed, polished and primed all our nine gyms so that they are even better spaces to motivate you. And because we’re committed to helping you get real results, we’ve added new kit and classes to help you get even fitter. We really hope you like the changes, and all of us in the Soho team would like to say a huge thank you for your patience while the refurbishments took place.
We’re so proud of our new spaces that we want to show them off so we’re having a “Bring a Friend” weekend. Just turn up with your friend on the 18th, 19th or 20th January 2013 for a session on us.*

| Classes |
You told us that you wanted more classes at more convenient times, so that’s just what we’ve done. And we’ve thrown in a few extras, too. Our lovely Kc has been working hard to put together new classes and timetables to get you on track quickly in 2013.
First off, burning up the road to Waterloo is RPM, the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Our Borough gym will SH’BAM to fitness with this simple yet saucy dance class and fab up those abs with the coresome CXWORX. We’ve bulked up on Spinning classes at Earls Court and extra bikes in the brand new studio at Bow Wharf. And are you ready to take the HIIT of High Intensity Interval Training? Our Clapham and Lewisham gyms will get first dibs, but don’t worry, this workout is so good it would be a crime not to share it with everyone, so you’ll all see it soon. Tony’ll tell you what it’s about (see 100% Tony below).

| Booking and Top-Ups |
We’ve made it even easier to stick with the programme by bringing you online booking, so later this month you’ll be able book wherever you are to schedule and book your fitness hits. You’ll also be able to top up your Top-Up online later this month. Get it all sorted - drinks, sun beds, lockers and more - with your safe and easy Top-up account.
And of course we haven’t forgotten you guys on fixed term contracts - you will be able to renew online too.

| Detox |
If you’ve spent the holidays retoxing, now’s the time to press your reset button with our flab-busting Detox Programme. Our Nutrition & Diet Specialist Jackie Ashdown is running the Programme, which is a comprehensive and cost-effective way to lose a bit of weight, increase your energy levels and bring back your sparkle.
It’s happening sooner than you think – the first two weeks of January – so start the year as you mean to go on and that’s slim, trim and healthy.

| Don’t take the easy option |
If you want a workout that really packs a punch, try a HIIT workout class. It’s not a soft option and it’ll really help you improve your endurance and fat burning potential.
So what’s HIIT all about? HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training and involves short bursts of high-intensity exercise separated by longer intervals of low-intensity exercise. It’s a quick and effective way to:

Train and condition both body energy systems

Increase the amount of calories you burn during and after the workout

Improve your athletic endurance as well as your fat burning potential

Limit muscle loss that can occur with weight loss from general cardio exercise
Don’t think it’s easy. It’s not. But it is effective. So why not push the limits of your fitness and make 2013 a HIIT year at Soho Gyms.
