With the increase in the COVID-19 alert to level 4, all essential RSM services will still be available. 

All of our people are working remotely, however workflows will be prioritised to essential services first, so expect some delays if your enquiry is non-essential. 

The register is available as usual and we don’t anticipate there will be any impact with the processing of licensing applications.
