The Advisor

The Advisor, a quarterly, agent-centered newsletter, is coming back.

The first one will go out during the first week of April. If there is something you would like to see covered in The Advisor, don't hesitate to tell us.

Customer Outreach

In an effort to serve you better, we have begun an outreach program that we hope will further open the lines of communication with all customers. 

You may be contacted in the near future by an FSLSO customer outreach team member.

Printing Options

Print single transactions by using the print button to the left of the confirmation number on the Policy and Transaction Details page.

Reprint payment confirmations on the View Payment History screen in SLIP (Invoicing --> View Payment History) by clicking the payment number.

A new window will pop up with the payment confirmation details.

NEW Terms & Conditions

Upon login all users will be instructed to accept the updated SLIP Terms and Conditions before moving on to any other activities within SLIP.

Users that file through the Batch system will be asked to accept an additional set of updated Terms and Conditions. 

Documentation Options

Easily upload documentation by dragging files from your PC and dropping them into the Supporting Documentation box.

Delete documentation by clicking the file in the Supporting Documentation box and clicking the Remove File button. 

Enhanced Policy Page View

The total premium amount for the policy will show in the top right corner of the transaction list.

The transaction grid will have sorting capabilities based on the column headers. Simply click the column header to sort the data.
