Stay in the Owners Quarters

So the only thing standing in the way of The Madrones reaching for it’s full potential was the owner. Jim moved out of his home of 25 years this June and started an extensive remodel, transforming it into stylish new guest quarters. We have now have nine accommodations....which should qualify us as a proper Inn. Check out the finished digs, then book your stay on the estate grounds.

Tying the Knot

After years of requests, we have just released The Madrones as a wedding venue for the 2015 season. With the help of our event coordinator Connie, the wedding on the property this month was a beautiful celebration. In addition we have a package for elopements, vow renewals and small weddings on the grounds and in The Bohemian Hall.

The Mushrooms are Coming

The first rains have hit the summer landscape. As we head into fall, mushroom season begins. What a better way to kick it off with the annual Mushroom, Wine and Beer Festival from November 7- 16. There are so many events around the county including Winemaker dinners, forest tours, train rides and forays. It’s only the beginning of the season at The Madrones. We celebrate the hunt throughout the winter and spring.

Fall Dining

Owner Chef Meany of Stone and Embers at The Madrones serves up cool season favorites from his wood fired oven. Check out their early autumn menu.

Wine Releases

Along with the harvest being over and the seasonal crush, the tasting rooms at The Madrones are releasing new wines this month. Come by and taste through their latest vintages.
