Cracking Teamwork, Lad!

Welcome to issue 16 of the Cracking Ideas newsletter!  This month we're taking a look at team work and how working with a partner can help you reach new heights of inventiveness - just like our pals Wallace and Gromit!

Two heads are better than one?
The famous saying ‘no man is an island’ runs true in many walks of life – each half of a famous duo needs an opposite number with whom to spar with – think ‘dynamic duo’ Batman and Robin, laughable counterparts Laurel and Hardy, more recent double-act Ant and Dec, or plastic pairing Barbie and Ken for example!  Alternatively, how about the flavoursome combo’s of fish and chips or strawberries and cream where two distinct parts merge to form some of our foodie favourites.

Productive partnerships
This happy workable fusion is true of creative partnerships too - just look at the chemistry that exists between the union of songwriters Simon and Garfunkel, the innovative Wright Brothers and our very own inventive duo Wallace and Gromit who can always be relied on for their cracking ideas.
