CHAMPIONSHIP BOARD OF DIRECTORS - SUMMER SCHEDULE
For reasons unknown, your editor can not seem to get the dates of the summer months meetings correct! Let's try again!
- July 26th at 2:00 PM - (1 week later than usual)
- August 16th at 2:00 PM
- September 20th at 2:00 PM>
All monthly meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month (except July) and take place at the office of United Community Management, 300 Avenue of the Champions at 2:00 PM.
CHAMPIONSHIP ROADWAYS
The paving of General Drive has begun on schedule and the contractor expects to be finished late on Friday afternoon, July 14th
During this week we anticipate lane closures and traffic pattern modifications to allow the work to progress safely. The contractor will be managing the traffic and using barricades, traffic cones, and flaggers. These devices and individuals are for your safety and the safety of the entire community. Please respect them and only drive on the open roadway areas.
As part of the milling of the old asphalt the contractor had to remove the loops in the roadway that control the opening and closing of the entry and exit gates. As a result both gates will be locked open until the paving is completed on Friday. St. Moritz Security is aware and will increase their patrols in Eagleton throughout the repaving process.

RECLINATA CIRCLE PAVERS
The contract for replacing the pavers at the Reclinata Circle is complete and the deposit has been paid to the contractor. As soon as the approvals from both the PGA POA and the City of Palm Beach Gardens are received, the contractor will begin work. An anticipated start date will be advised in an upcoming newsletter.
We are hopeful of having the entire General Drive project (paving and pavers) completed before our seasonal residents return in the Fall.
