Issue with PayPal Website Payment Standard

We have been investigating an issue that has been reported to us regarding customers seeing an error message when they try to pay using the PayPal WPS integration (where PayPal appears at the end of the checkout process). Orders with this error are being downloaded to the Orders Pending PSP tab.

We have been working hard with PayPal to find the cause and solution to this as swiftly as possible. At the moment it looks as though PayPal have made a change and are rejecting valid addresses through their address verification systems.

PayPal Express

The PayPal Express integration does not suffer from this problem; this might be an interim solution if you are using WPS. However, your layouts and CSS might need adjustment to show this properly.

Enabling PayPal Express in Sellerdeck is straightforward. Step-by-step instructions on how to do that will be posted soon - keep an eye on the Sellerdeck community for updates.
