What's Happening so far this year? Have you kept your resolutions?

Here at Volunteering Tasmania we resolved to make 2015 a big year of action!

At the Volunteering Tasmania Regional Roundtables last year, you told us what it is you need to either become a better volunteer, or manager of volunteers.

We have acted quickly on what we have learned, with several great projects already underway including our Red Tape Mythbusters sessions, and our Youth project, ‘Random Snaps of Kindness’.

We have also submitted our Budget Priority Statement to the Tasmanian Government, which outlines our strategic direction for the next two years.

Just around the corner...

To celebrate National Youth Week in April, Volunteering Tasmania, in partnership with the University of Tasmania, is showing all the different ways that young people give back.

Do you know a young Tasmanian volunteer? Send them this link for their chance to win some great prizes and see their photography displayed in an exhibition!
