Journal of Global Health Law
More information

We are very pleased to announce the publication of the latest issue of the Journal of Global Health Law, Volume 1, Issue 2, which is now available in print and online via Elgaronline.

Building on the success of the inaugural issue, this edition features a selection of foundational articles, two essays and one commentary that will continue to shape and define the field of global health law. The contributors delve into a diverse array of topics that are critical to understanding the legal frameworks and policy responses that govern global health. The articles, reviews and commentary encompass a broad spectrum of issues, such as the theoretical and normative foundations of global health law; priority setting with the right to health; restrictions to economic, social and cultural rights during pandemics; the regulation of food and beverages advertising to children. Our authors bring forward innovative perspectives, contributing to the development of a more comprehensive and nuanced understanding of global health law.
