We are SO PROUD of all our little Love Bugs! All the children did such an amazing job! Thank you for coming to watch them and support your little ones! Our school year is quickly coming to a close. It is hard to believe we will be finishing up April and entering the month of May soon. On our last day of school, PreK children will have a fun “Bike Day”! (it is now less than a month away!) Parents are welcome to join us on this special day. Detailed information is listed below to allow for time to get helmets, etc. if you need them.

• Bible Verse: “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” Psalm 150:6
• Bible:  Zacchaeus
• Reading/Phonemic Awareness: We will introduce the letter Z and the sound /z/ makes
• Math:  #12, combining sets, more/less
• Unit: Jungle Animals
• Show and Tell: Draw a picture of an animal you would see in the jungle. Write the animal name on your paper.

• May 18 - Last day of PreK for 3 day friends/Bike Day
• May 19 - Last day of PreK for 5 day friends/Bike Day
• May 22 - Parent Teacher Conferences

• Students should wear their blue “Amazing Race” field trip shirt                                              
• ”Bikes” may be tricycles or bicycles with our without training wheels…but it is very important that children can independently ride the riding toy they bring! Please check to make sure it is working properly…i.e. air in tires, training wheels and bike seats tightened.
• STUDENTS MUST HAVE A HELMET TO RIDE! (we stress safety, so not having a helmet is not an option)                                      
• Please put sunscreen on your child before coming to school.
• Please LABEL bikes and helmets with your child’s name.
