The Florida Surplus Lines Service Office will remain closed on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 due to Hurricane Irma. Although our office did not sustain any structural damage or loss of power, much of the city remains without power and many roads are impassable due to downed trees and power lines. Because of the widespread damage, FSLSO has decided to remain closed through Tuesday, September 12, 2017 for the safety of our employees and their families. We will resume normal operations on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

Customers will still be able to report policy data through SLIP and XML Batch during the time when our office is closed. Thank you for all of the thoughtful messages we received from our customers before and during the hurricane. Please keep all Floridians impacted by the storm in your thoughts. The recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Irma will be extensive.
