dog groomer or diner? Why not capture that special relationship and make it known
and easily accessible to all your residents, either via the “Directory of Local
Vendors” section, or via the “Special Offers” section (where your neighborhood merchants
can offer a special discount or deal to residents). If you wish, you can even charge
a listing fee to the merchants, and generate revenue for your building. (You get
to keep the revenue – it’s your site, not ours!). |

The new “Communicate” dashboard helps managers get a handle on their resident communications. Use it to see which resident or employee emails are missing, to review a history of sent communications, to create special purpose email groups, or to post one or more scrolling announcements to your public display screen. You will also find all the usual communications functions there (documents library, emergency broadcast) as well as a new printable Resident Directory that includes resident photos. Check it out. The Employees module is a great place to keep information about your staff, including regular and emergency contact info, birthdays, shift schedule, and even a short biography which can optionally be shared on the residents’ Staff Directory page.
