Reclinata Circle Project AREA 2

We're delighted to announce the successful completion of Area 1 in the Reclinata Circle paver project. Now, it's time to move forward to Area 2, which is nearest to the Masters community.

Project Timeline: The renovation project was initially estimated to take between 6 to 8 weeks for completion. We're pleased to report that our contractor is currently slightly ahead of schedule. Nevertheless, we must remain vigilant, considering factors like weather conditions and unexpected challenges that could potentially affect our timeline.

Traffic Rerouting - Area 2: Next week, we will continue to implement traffic rerouting as the workers embark on the removal of old pavers and the installation of new ones. Area 2 will focus on the quadrant closest to the Masters community, specifically the northbound stretch between Championship Drive and General Drive. (See graphic)

Area 2 Renovations:

Impact on Exit Routes:
Residents in the communities of Grand Cay, Augusta Pointe, Pinehurst, Diamond Head, and Monterey Pointe will continue to be required to use the back gate when exiting the community.

The communities of Eagleton Lakes, Eagleton Estates, Eagleton Cove and The Masters will be able to exit via either the front or back gates - but will not be able to return to their communities via the back gate.

Impact on Entrance Routes When entering Eagleton, residents from the five communities off General Drive have the flexibility to choose between two entry points: the back gate or the front gate off Ryder Cup Boulevard, depending on their convenience. However, Please note that at the Circle, northbound vehicles will now be directed towards the newly completed paver area, which will require them to travel against the normal direction of traffic.

For the four communities on Championship Drive, entry remains exclusively available via Ryder Cup Boulevard

Traffic Control: To facilitate the ongoing construction, the contractor will continue to deploy traffic diversion equipment such as cones and barricades during working hours. Outside of working hours, these traffic diversion devices will remain in place for safety reasons. We need your full cooperation with the traffic diversion devices and urge all residents and visitors to consistently adhere to the change in traffic pattern. It has come to our attention that last week some vehicles have disregarded the 'Road Closed' barricades, which poses a significant safety risk to everyone and should be strictly avoided.

Expect Delays: We understand that this project may cause some temporary delays and restrictions in traffic flow. However, these measures are necessary to complete the work efficiently and, most importantly, safely.

Your Cooperation: We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this renovation project. Your patience and adherence to traffic guidelines will contribute to the successful and swift completion of the project.

Traffic rerouting during later phases of the project will be advised before they begin.

We understand that community projects like this can be inconveniencing at times, but they are essential to maintaining the high standards of our community. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this project, please do not hesitate to reach out to our United Community Management team, Constance or Hilda, at - (866) 473-2573

Thank you for being valued members of the Eagleton community.
