Please complete a brief webcast system check before the ORW.

If you have any trouble, please contact the webcast host (The Streaming Network): webcast support.

If you work on a network/server, you may need to contact your IT administrator to ensure that your internal system is set up to allow you to participate.

Technical Issues

You can usually avoid technical issues by performing a webcast system check in advance.

The two most common issues are addressed below. If you experience any technical issues that you can’t solve, please contact the webcast host or click on the link on the slide ‘player.’

  • Slide console fails to open: it could be because your firewall and/or "pop-up" blocker is activated; try disabling these systems for the duration of the webcast
  • Slides stop moving: you may need to refresh your browser or login again

For more information before or after this ORW, please contact Margot Beverley, ORW communications.
