We recommend coming into Ft. Lauderdale Friday or Saturday. It is not recommended to fly in on Sunday morning due to possible flight delays/cancelations. Many of us, including our team leaders, will be staying here. We welcome you to join us!

We have arranged a group rate of $115 per room per night at the SpringHill Suites hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. This hotel is located only a short distance from the airport and cruise port. Each booking includes the following:

• All rooms are suites with the option of 2 queen beds, or 1 king bed
• Each room has a pull-out couch (for those of you sharing a room)
• Complimentary breakfast
• Complimentary shuttle from the airport to hotel
• Complimentary shuttle to the cruise port from hotel
• Transportation can be arranged for return transportation for a nominal fee

CWM Welcomes Medical Coordinator

Arlene Saliba, APRN-BC, a Nursing Professor from Andrews University in Michigan, joins Cruise with a Mission as Medical Coordinator.

Arlene is currently working with our Missions Coordinator to provide medical mission options in Jamaica and Cayman Islands.

Calling All Physicians

Some of the medical mission work we would like to do in Georgetown, Grand Cayman and Montego Bay, Jamaica, require us to have credentialed physicians (MD/DO) with us. We are currently seeking such professionals to attend and assist in these mission ports.

It takes a few months to make the arrangements that will allow physicians to practice during our visit to the port, so the sooner we know who will be attending, the better.  For more information, please email cwm@cye.org.
