Dyers Pass Road open overnight this weekDyers Pass Road is open to traffic each night this week until Sunday 11 April. The road will be closed again at 7pm on Sunday 11 April until 6am on Monday morning. Overnight road closures have been in place over the past few months to allow crews to carry out rock breaking work on the hill side of the road. Most of this work is complete, and the team are preparing for the next stage of the project. We will update you on overnight road closures again shortly. Day works Work at the two active sites will continue during the day, with stop/go traffic management in place. Motorists are reminded to allow an extra 20 to 30 minutes travel time to get through the sites or consider taking the Lyttelton Tunnel.
