New AskIT portal launched today
The new AskIT portal is active as of today. The new portal will improve the service we provide you, and we had to replace the old portal because it was nearing the end of its service life.
You can keep any shortcuts you have made to AskIT, the link has remained the same.
You may notice a slight delay in response from the ITS Service Desk while the team gets more familiar with the new service tool.
We encourage you to use the portal, instead of email, to log faults and submit requests. The portal captures helpful information the Service Desk needs to assist you promptly.
For more complex issues and requests, we still recommend calling the ITS Service Desk.
