A note from Chef Noah
Spring is in the air! And tender, leafy greens are coming up, ready for picking along with rhubarb, asparagus, and fiddleheads. What’s a fiddlehead you ask? Fiddleheads are the furled fronds of a young fern, harvested in the early spring and used as a vegetable. Fiddleheads have been part of cuisines in much of the world — in the Northeastern U.S., Canada, Northern France, and across Asia. We’re cooking up some in∙noah∙va∙tive dishes featuring these little delights along with other seasonal specials. Check out our new Spring menu!

Sunita’s Picks
Noah’s co-owner and wine director, Sunita Schwartz, shares her top wine picks that complement the restaurant’s seasonal menu. With the North Fork producing an array of varietals and a growing number of winemakers, here are her May selections. Macari Dos Aguas, 2015 — Mattituck, NY
This wine is blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier featuring notes of stone fruits like peach and apricot. Enjoy it with our fresh, off-the-dock seafood, and seasonal salads. Raphael Cabernet Franc, 2015 — Cutchogue, NY
Fuller bodied then most of the Cab Francs. You’ll detect notes of herbs, black olives and dark raspberry. Pair it with our Crescent farm Duck Skewers, Pork belly pot sticker, and meat entrees.
Cocktail of the month
Cucumber Margarita is cooling refreshment with Silver tequila, fresh cucumber, Cayenne pepper, and fresh lime juice.
Burger and Brew Thursdays
Every Thursday we’ll feature our Noah’s Kobe beef burger and brew for $15. In addition to our prime burger, we will offer a special veggie burger du jour. Our tap beers feature local seasonal brews, including Harbor Ale and Summer Ale.
