Hiding away from family to make bets is a concept which breaches section 2.8 of the Wagering Code.

The Board agreed an ad in which a woman is seen avoiding giant sprinklers while driving gave an overall impression of slow, controlled and safe driving.

The Board dismissed complaints about ads shown on tv, internet and Facebook due to the exaggerated behaviour shown, and the lack of a suggestion of danger, violence or discrimination.
