Totally unfit

A campaign intended to motivate people to get fit which used poster ads, outdoor ads, mail out, Facebook, and SMS has been found by the Board to use strong and obscene language.

Giant sprinklers not a concern

The Board agreed an ad in which a woman is seen avoiding giant sprinklers while driving gave an overall impression of slow, controlled and safe driving.

All over the top

The Board dismissed complaints about ads shown on tv, internet and Facebook due to the exaggerated behaviour shown, and the lack of a suggestion of danger, violence or discrimination.
