Marcellin’s Prayer to Mary
O Mary, Holy Virgin, my Sovereign Lady, I place myself under your protection.
To you I commend the special care of my whole being
and throw myself with confidence on your mercy.
I consecrate and confide to your maternal care my soul and body,
this day, every day, and at the hour of my death.
To you I commit all my hopes and consolations, my distresses and miseries, my life and its end, that through your most holy intercession and your precious merits,
I may constantly perform my actions, and dispose all things
according to your will and that of your Son. Amen.
