CCPS Fall Kickoff 2011


After a successful 2010-2011 academic year, it was once again time for the CCPS annual Fall Kickoff and faculty award presentation.  The event was held on August 25th at the Watermark Country Club in Grand Rapids and was well-attended by faculty and staff.

Community Engagement


The concept of community engagement by universities is not new, nor is it new to Grand Valley.  This concept emerged nearly 20 years ago under the leadership of the Kellogg Foundation.  The Johnson Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership was one Kellogg-funded initiative that developed within this broader national effort.
