Reminder: Funding for financial literacy projects

Moneysmart works with primary and secondary principal associations to fund financial literacy projects in schools to establish good money habits now and in the future. Funding is worth up to $5,000 for each project. 

Applications close on 16 October 2020. Visit Moneysmart in schools to find the guidelines and application form. 

 

Online safety

Online safety is a critical skill we all need as we work and play online more than ever before. Curriculum connections recently added Online safety to its suite of resources that allow educators to draw connections across the dimensions of the Australian Curriculum on various conceptual themes.

Below are some resources that can help you teach your students about financial scams and online safety. Also visit the eSafety Commissioner website and the Australian Cyber Security Centre.
