However new research from Forrester is warning that while the future of work is coming sooner than expected, most organisations’ workforce strategies are woefully unprepared for it. We are talking beyond Zoom or Teams 'Pro' accounts here. Forrester says the necessary tools and strategies, largely centred around bringing the humans along for the ride, were already on the radar for most companies.
