Hi there,

The future of work has been a hot topic for a while now with digital technology and the 'art of the possible' (groan) changing the face of work, but Covid has triggered the afterburners and accelerated change. We are talking beyond Zoom or Teams 'Pro' accounts here. Forrester says the necessary tools and strategies, largely centred around bringing the humans along for the ride, were already on the radar for most companies.

It’s just that now the priority needs to change.
