October Board of Directors' Meeting

The Championship POA Board is now back to meeting monthly in person and no longer utilizes Zoom.

The next Regular Board meeting is scheduled for October 20th, 2021, at 2:00 PM (always the third Wednesday) in the offices of our Property Manager at 300 Avenue of the Champions, Suite 120.

The proposed 2022 Budget will be discussed and approved at the meeting. All homeowners in Eagleton (Eagleton Estates, Eagleton Lakes, The Cove, The Masters, Pinehurst, Grand Cay, Augusta Pointe, Diamond Head, Monterey Pointe, and General Pointe) are invited and urged to attend the Board's monthly meetings.

Keep in mind that the Annual Meeting is scheduled for March 16th, 2022. Put it on your calendar now.

DEA Drug Take Back Event

The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department would like you to know that they will be participating in the Drug Enforcement Administration's Drug Take Back Day.

The event will take place on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department, 10500 N. Military Trail.

According to a National Survey on Drug Use and Health, 9.7 million people misused prescription pain relievers, 4.9 million people misused prescription stimulants, and 5.9 million people misused prescription tranquilizers or sedatives in 2019. The survey also showed that a majority of misused prescription drugs were obtained from family and friends, often from the home medicine cabinet.

Clean out your medicine cabinet of expired or unused prescription drugs and bring them to the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department from 10am-2pm on October 23d for safe disposal.
