Top 50 Business School

The Financial Times recently published the results of its 2015 top 85 European business schools ranking. We were delighted to receive news that we had climbed three positions from 53rd in 2014 to become a top 50 European business school. The ranking evaluates the combined performance of four of the Financial Times education rankings published during 2015 and places the school in a strong position as we move into what will be another challenging year.

Could you host a Career Trek?

Our full-time MBA students have formed three career interest groups; consultancy, entrepreneurship and marketing to deepen their knowledge of the sector through research, invited speakers and more recently, career treks. Durham finalists at the Education UK Alumni Awards

Two DUBS alumni have reached the finals of the Education UK Alumni Awards 2016. The awards honour the outstanding achievements made by business professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders across the globe who can demonstrate how their UK education has contributed to their subsequent success.

We wish Susan Zhu (2007/08) from Treasure Carbon and Evita Liao (2010/11) from Litim Wealth Management the best of luck for the grand final in Beijing on 19 March.

Do you need help with a business issue in your organisation?

Strategic business projects are a cost-effective way of acquiring expertise on a consultancy basis to address a specific business issue. The consultancy projects (June - September) form the concluding part of our MBA & Masters (Finance, Management, Marketing & HRM) programmes.

Organisations define the remit of the project (by late February 2016) and following an application and selection process, select the student best fitting their requirements.
