We are excited to bring you the latest updates on Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW) – from how you can order merchandise, to events you can attend and resources for planning your own activity.

Canefields Clubhouse is once again the QMHW merchandise partner. You can buy all your favourites, including hats, t-shirts, pens and more from them via the QMHW website.

Register and put your event on the map

How will you be taking time for mental health in your workplace, school or community? It only takes a minute to tell us about your activity or event.

 

We know some events are best kept small or private, so you can choose when registering whether you want your event to be listed as public or private.

Mental Health Forum

The Mental Health Forum, hosted by the Office of Industrial Relations, is an opportunity to hear from industry experts during QMHW on how we can promote, prevent, intervene early and support recovery when it comes to mentally healthy workplaces.

Relaxing activities

Ipswich City Council are hosting a range of free, restorative sessions during QMHW in Ipswich’s most beautiful parks, reserves and conservation estates. Classes include yoga, meditation, stretch and tai chi and can be enjoyed by beginners to more experienced yogis!
